I saw this idea for magic drinks at Hostess with the Mostess and couldn't wait to try it. You simply add a drop or two of food coloring to the bottom of a cup without the kids seeing you. Then, add ice to hide the coloring. When you pour 7Up or sprite over it, the color magically appears. My kids were excited to just have soda, but when their drinks magically turned orange there was a big ruckus at the dinner table! I think they liked the surprise.
Little J helped me make some pizza for dinner. I rolled out some dough from Trader Joe's and then he added the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to make a jack-o-lantern. We did something similar last Halloween.
It was great Little J!

What a fun surprise!! :-)
HA HA HA. Love the surprise drink. How clever!
We had fun with the color changing drinks, too!
We added a different color to each cup so nobody knew what they were getting until the drink was poured.
