AfterSchool Link Party

Welcome to the AfterSchool Link Party!

pumpkin farm

The kids had a short fall break so we were able to do a few things out of the ordinary. We visited a local children's museum with some friends and had lunch after playing. The best though was a weekend trip to an amazing pumpkin farm. The kids loved the hayride, slides and bounce houses, mazes, and picking their own pumpkins!

One of our activities this week was going a web hunt walk on the way to school one morning.  The kids really loved it when they could find the spiders that made the webs.

I'm sure many of you will be glad to know we're about done studying spiders, I'm sorry to tell you however, that we're now interested in other arachnids. Little J checked out Scorpions in the Dark by Doreen Gonzales from the library, so stayed tuned for some scorpion fun.

Little Wonders' Days

A fun Halloween treat (light up necklace, gummy tarantula, and glow in the dark spiders) from Nana and Papa arrived in time for our "Friday Fun".  We took a drive later that night to see the Halloween decorations.

Now it's your turn.  What have you been up to "After school" this week?
