The Little Wonders had a busy week.  It always seems that school calendars start to go crazy this time of year.  We did a couple of experiments this week about oil, water, and emulsifiers that ended in ice cream.  Although I didn't post about it, we had a fun St. Patrick's Day and the kids loved their "lucky scratch off cards".
