Practicing Parts of Speech

Photobucket

Little J is learning basic parts of speech in school.  I put together a quick and easy practice tray using our magnetic poetry set and a repurposed Christmas tray.

Trooper blasters also help with your work

I'm looking forward to trying stuff like that

I have a feeling our boys would have a great time together!

Too funny about light sabers, and I like this sorting activity a lot.

we only have magic wands around here... do you think that will work? LOL! I love your blog!

Neat idea for practicing parts of speech. My boys love light sabers, too. Have you seen the Darth Vader VW Super Bowl commercial?
Too cute!
Here is a You Tube clip of my son going to Jedi Training at Disney, in case your family would want to see it:

I have all this stuff- it would make a great review for my eldest- AWESOME!!!

P.S. I find it amusing that everyone is commenting on your son's choice of weapon. Do you think that the pen is mightier than the light saber? :0)

Y'all are seriously cracking me up! Colleen, great video! I would have been too scared as a kid. Wonder Mom, as usual you have a great sense of humor. Rachel, my Sassyfras can make some of the best light saber noises, but I'm sure she enjoys magic wands better.
