Playing with Tissue Paper Party

It seems that 3 year olds (at least mine) love the sound and movement of flying tissue paper.  After the carnage of opening birthday presents this past weekend, Sassyfras and Juiciness had a good ole time playing with the stuff.  I saved some of it to play with that night.  We turned on some music, Justin Roberts's Not Naptime CD, and had a little dance party.

It's fun to chase each other with...

It's fun to stomp through...

It's great for throwing and it floats down on you again!

And, it's fun to sit in and have your goodnight snack...
If you go over to Brimful Curiosities, you can learn how to make adorable tissue paper pom poms in time for Super Bowl Sunday!

Happy birthday to your twins! We made cheerleader pom poms out of some tissue paper this weekend. The paper makes a nice rustle sound when you shake the pom pom!
