I made this antipasto platter for our "Friday night cocktails". Dr. Wonderful and I have a Friday night ritual that we put the kids to bed and meet on the porch for a drink, snack, and some down time. It's a nice time to reconnect and catch up after a long tiring week.
The platter has some meats, fresh mozzarella, fresh roasted red peppers, shrimp cocktail with cocktail sauce, marinated olives, cheese, marinated artichoke hearts, and hearts of palm . This ended up being our dinner.
