Easy Crockpot Chili

We rarely have snow where we live, so we are all very excited this morning. I've put on a pot of our favorite easy chili so we can spend the day playing. I thought I would share the recipe with you, it was given to me by a friend many many years ago.

1 jar of your favorite salsa (I use Herdez medium)
1 11oz can of Mexican corn
3 cans of different beans (I use kidney, navy, and black beans)
1 pound browned ground beef (optional)
chili powder and salt to taste

Put all ingredients in the crock pot and forget about it until dinner. Serve with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
